(3)Aquinas led (6)Mendon 42-14 at the half and rolled to a 76-62 win in the Class A quarterfinals Saturday night on Dewey Avenue.
George Graham and Patrick McLamore led the Lil' Irish with 15 points apiece. D.J. Roberts had the highlight of the night with a reverse jam on an alley oop in the second quarter.
Matt D'Amico topped all scorers with 16 points. NIck Keneally hit a long buzzer beater to close out the first quarter.
Aquinas moves on to face (2)Geneva in Wednesday's semifinals. The Panthers dispatched (10)Arcadia 69-59 Saturday. Game time and site are yet to be determined.
