Officials at Nazareth College in Pittsford have announced they will be closing the childcare center on campus.

The Patricia Carter Early Learning Center in Founders Hall will be closing at the end of June. The college says that the center is too costly and it isn't serving as many children expected.

Nazareth is arranging support from the Rochester-based child care center council to help families in the transition and will also provide referrals to families searching for another childcare center.
