Wood Library in Canandaigua has re-opened after a flood earlier this week.

A pipe burst in the sprinkler system damaging a portion of the library's adult fiction section. The ground floor and second floor are open, but the first floor will remain closed for the time being. The library brought in fans and de-humidifiers to help with the clean-up. About 3,000 books have been frozen and will remain that way until library officials decide how best to save them.

The library will be open until 5 p.m.
