One Year Anniversary Of Grape St. Fatal Fire

It has been one year since four kids died in a fire on Grape Street in Rochester.

Greg Kugler, Kaiden Kugler, Kandee Kugler and Gage Reavey all died in the fire on February 18th of last year. Their mother, Bobbie Kugler, was sentenced last month. She was charged with manslaughter, assault and arson. She admitted she was drunk and took sleeping and anxiety pills when she lit a photograph on fire, laid it on a dresser and went to sleep. She is serving seven to 15 years in prison. Two other children were injured in the fire.
