DeVante Lively Trial Set For April

The Rochester man accused of the murder of a high school student who went missing last year is set to begin in April.

DeVante Lively is charged with murder in the death of Larie Butler, 17, last March. Butler had been reported missing for nearly a week before investigators found her body in a pool at the home of a neighbor of Lively's grandmother in Irondequoit.

Lively's case will go to trial on April 29th.
