Man Charged With Murder For Tacoma St. Death

Rochester Police have arrested and charged a man in connection with a suspicious death on Tacoma Street.
Marcellus Timmons, 23, has been charged with murder. Police say he killed Todd Davidson, 52, on Tacoma Street Tuesday morning. Officers were called to a residence just before 8:30 a.m. for the report of a burglary. When they arrived on scene, they found Davidson's body. The Medical Examiner's office is still trying to determine his cause of death.
