Family of Five Forced to Flee Home During Fire

Five people were displaced last night after a house fire caused extensive damage to their home.

One adult and four children are staying with relatives after they were forced to flee their home on 27 Galusha Street in Rochester after the fire began just after 11 p.m. Friday night. The fire took over 30 minutes to be put out.

None of the residence were injured, but a firefighter was treated for minor injuries.

The fire is still under investigation
