Fairport scored the final six goals of the game to break a 1-1 tie and cruise to a surprising win over Athena/Odyssey 7-1 at Lakeshore Ice Arena Tuesday night.
Shea Green and Brent Mazurkiewicz each scored twice for the Red Raiders. Severin Parrow, Zach Smith and Max Gerling scored the other three goals for Fairport.
Fairport improves to 15-4 while the Thunder drop to 14-5.
