Dietitian Beth Smythe, R.D. joined Katrina Irwin on News 8 at Sunrise Tuesday.  She talked about choosing foods that are healthy for your heart.
She says to make sure you eat a lot of fiber and don't ignore the good fats.  Also, fruits and vegetables are key.
