Karl Karlsen Due In Court

The man charged with the murder of his son back in 2008 has a new attorney and is due back in court Monday afternoon.

Karl Karlsen is set to appear in Seneca County Court at 2 p.m. Karlsen is accused of intentionally causing a car to fall on his son Levi has he worked on it. Investigators say Karlsen took out a life insurance policy on his son just before he died. Karlsen is also being investigated for the death of his wife in the 90s.
