Schroeder led throughout the 4th quarter, but didn't put the game away until Holt fed Gunner Blaise for a layup giving the Warriors a 72-67 lead with a minute to play.
The game comes less than 24 hours after Schroeder handed Fairport its first loss of the season in double overtime. This loss was only the second of the season for Niagara Falls.
Holt also had seven blocks to go with his double-double. Mitchell Hermann added 13 points and Justin Maggio scored 12.
Ramir Burton led Niagara Falls with 23 points.
