It's a day everyone looks forward to - Groundhogs Day.
When Phil emerged from his burrow at the Gobbler's Knob Hill in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, observers say he did not see his shadow.
According to traditions, if Phil sees his shadow, winter goes on for another six weeks. If not, then it will be an early spring.
