Two Men Charged For Killing Dogs In Wayne Co.

Two men are facing animal cruelty charges after nine dogs were found dead.

Merlin Schmucker, 26, and Jonathan Eicher, 19, are facing nine counts of animal cruelty. New York State Police say the dogs were found on January 17th but they say the dogs were killed in December. Both will appear in court in the town of Galen later this month.
