Man Shot On Hudson Ave.

Rochester Police are on the scene of an apparent shooting on the northeast side of the city.

The shooting happened on Hudson Avenue, near Alphonse Street just before 4 p.m. Police say a 20-year-old man was shot in the upper body. They say he is conscious and was taken to the hospital. The victim walked to a city firehouse for help. Traffic in that area has been shut down. We have a crew at the scene. Watch News 8 at 5 and 6 for the latest information.
