Kodak is asking for another extension in its plan to emerge from bankruptcy.

In a filing with the SEC Monday, the company says it is seeking to extend the amount of time to file its Chapter 11 plan with the courts. Kodak would like until April 30th. The previous date was set for February 15th. Also, the company said it will be done with patent sale by February 1st with the proceeds going to pay its loans. It still has not resolved it's UK pension problems and will need hundreds of millions of dollars to pay for that.
