Hundreds Gather to Play Hockey on the Pond

Over 500 hockey players were in Rochester Sunday to enjoy the cold weather.

Sunday was the final day of Rochester's Labatt Blue Canal Cup at Carey Lake. Skaters came from South Carolina and even Florida to participate in the event.

The tournament started in 2008 but couldn't play last year due to an unusual warm winter. Winners of the tournament will represent Rochester in the Pond Hockey Championship in Buffalo.
