New York's newest gun laws continue to spark New York residents to speak up.

On Saturday, a peaceful 2nd amendment rally was held at the Memorial Library in Rochester. The group talked about their concerns regarding the new laws set in New York's Safe Act and Obama's take on gun control.

A major concern was how the new laws have turned some gun owners into felons.

"I went to bed last week happy and the next day I woke up a multiple felon. I felt really bad about that cause I'm a law abiding citizen, 70-years-of-age, I pay my taxes, I'm a vet, and now I've been reduced to a criminal," says Jeddy Tranquill, the organizer of the protest.

The group plans to hold more peaceful meetings in the future.
