U.S. Senate To Vote On Sandy Bill

The Senate will vote Monday on whether to provide help to victims of Hurricane Sandy.

The bill would provide more than $50 billion in emergency relief. Lawmakers from New York, New Jersey and Connecticut say the money is desperately needed to help rebuild homes and businesses. But fiscal conservatives want an equal amount of spending cuts in order to avoid adding to the national debt.
