Subway is being sued over teh size of its sandwiches.

Two New Jersey men went to 17 shops in New Jersey and say none of the foot-long sandwiches measured 12 inches. The filing seeks damages and a change in practice. Subway's parent company has not commented on the lawsuit, but in a statement last week the company said some franchises do not always bake to corporate standards.
