State of NY Penalizes Rochester Commercial Real Estate Co.

Two brothers than run the Rochester Commercial Real Estate Company are being punished by the state for fraud.
A State Administrative Law Judge Scott NeJame has ruled against Real Estate Appraiser Lucien "Skip" Curre and his brother Jerry Curre.
The judge says the Curres were dishonest with a client in a deal involving the appraisal and sale of three mobile home parks. And that they acted to benefit themselves financially and hurt the client.
Skip Curre has had his Appraisers License suspended. Jerry Curre has been fined one thousand dollars.
Skip Curre tell News 8 they filed an appeal with the State today and will fight the judgment.
