Assembly Considering Gun Control Legislation

It is the first since the West Webster tragedy and the Sandy Hook Elementary school shooting. Monday night, the New York State Senate easily passed new legislation for gun control with a vote of 43-18. The bill has now been passed to the Assembly. Assembly members have been discussing and reviewing the bill's terms since 10 a.m. Tuesday. Stay tuned to News 8 for the latest update on the Assembly's vote.
