A Monroe County Court judge has decided to move the trial of the Webster teen charged with murder to April.

Michael Pilato is accused of setting a deadly house fire. Pilato's trial was supposed to begin next week, but his attorney asked for it to be delayed until April.
The case involves members of the West Webster Fire Department who are still dealing with the tragedy of the Christmas Eve shooting. Pilato's Attorney says that if the case goes forward now, it would jeopardize his client's right to a fair trial.

Pilato is accused of starting the fire that killed his two brothers and father and injured his mother and sister in December of 2011.
