2013 State Of The State: Webster Families Honored

The 2013 State of the State address began with reflections and encouragement to the two families of the fallen West Webster firefighters.
In his opening statements, Lieutenant Governor Robert Duffy shared sentiments in the remembrance of Mike Chiapperini and Tomasz Kaczowka, who were both killed while responding to a fire on Lake Road on Christmas Eve. The families of both firefighters were presented with state flags from the governor's office.
