At least 50 people were injured after a ferry boat hit a dock at a pier in lower Manhattan.

The Seastreak Ferry hit the Mooring as it was pulling into Pier 11 near the South Street seaport Wednesday morning. Emergency crews carried patients off the dock on flat-board stretchers. The extent of the injuries are unknown. A gash can be seen on a front corner of the boat. The Seastreak was carrying about 400 people at the time of the crash. Investigators are trying to figure out what caused the accident.
