We would like to give you an opportunity to voice your condolences, prayers and heartfelt emotions for the victims of the shooting in Webster.

Many of our viewers have already flooded our Facebook page with many words of comfort and emotion after learning of this incident in Webster. Here are a few of them:

"As a Webster resident I am devastated at this horrific event. I saw other town firetrucks responding today around our town helping out and the crews all looked so sad. The passenger in the one truck was holding his head. I feel awful for not only the families involved but all of the firefighters and emergency responders who risk their lives but certainly never think they will be shot responding to put out a fire. Thank you just isn't quite enough." (Suzy McNair)

"
It is sadness beyond words. The firefighters and police risk their lives to protect us every day and now someone purposefully set a trap to do them harm. My thoughts and prayers are with all the first responders, their families, colleagues and friends." (Amy Voelkl)

"
As a former Fairport and Pittsford volunteer firefighter, this has rocked me to the core. My heart is broken." (Dion Daily)
