Shoppers Do Some Last Minute Shopping

Shoppers are making their lists and checking them twice. Many people were out shopping Saturday, grabbing those last minute gifts.

Every year Ted Anderson waits for the last few shopping days to finish buying gifts. He says it's a time he always looks forward to.

"I love to do it at this time because, not the deals, but people. The songs, the people, today especially with the snow, it's great. It's what Christmas should be."

Anderson says he carries his family's Christmas "Wish List" with him and he's ready to get it all done.

"I'm buying everything that I have to buy today..."

Linda McLaughlin started her shopping early this year but she still has a few things left to buy.

"Just finishing up a couple of last minute things. A couple stocking stuffers.."

Although Christmas is near, she says it's been a good shopping day, with small crowds and short lines which makes this shopper more jolly.

"Excellent, I got here a half hour ago and I'm done. Some people love Black Friday, I love last minute. I love to people watch, it's festive, it's not cut throat, it's fun."

If you weren't able to get out to do any last minute shopping today, not to worry, there's still some time. Some stores will have their doors later than ususal, to help you put gifts under the tree.
