Nine Arrested in Geneva After Drug Operation

Geneva Police Department makes nine arrests after a two-day operation.
Police say 61-year-old Albert Slaughter, 36-year-old Juan Carlos Ortiz, 22-year-old Donnie Woody, 29-year-old Mark Spencer Junior, 21-year-old Jose A. Concepcion-Flores, 20-year-old Steven Cruz-Figueroa, 32-year-old Steven Sciarabba were all arrested for criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Following the operation, officers also arrested 19-year-old Syriena Vazquez for obstructing governmental administration and 32-year-old Armeal Whitfield who was wanted on a warrant.
Geneva Police Department were carrying out "Operation Clean Sweep", an effort to get rid of street-level drug dealers in the City of Geneva.
