Boehner's Fiscal Cliff Plan Flops in Congress

The so-called "Plan B" is dead, so it is back to the negotiating table for House Speaker John Boehner.

The Speaker released a statement saying he would not bring his plan to raise taxes on those with incomes above $1 million because he did no have the votes to pass the bill. He then recessed the House for Christmas. They will come back after Christmas if Speaker Boehner and President Obama can reach a deal to avoid the fiscal cliff.
