The now-bankrupt HMX Group has found a buyer for all of its brands.

Auctioning began Monday for the company, and reports say that there was no bid challenge to that of Authentic Brands Group. HMX CEO Douglas Williams identified the company as a stalking horse bidder early on in the bankruptcy process. Without a bidder in place, the local Hickey Freeman plant would be in danger of closing.

HMX is expected back in bankruptcy court on Wednesday.
