Fatal Two-Car Crash in Palmyra

An elderly man died Monday afternoon after a two-car crash in Palmyra.

It happened just before 6 p.m. on Route 31. State Police say Harold Fisher, 89, driving in the wrong lane in his SUV and collided with another vehicle. Fisher was taken to Newark Wayne Hospital and pronounced dead. Fisher's passenger, Dorothy Fisher, 86, was taken to Strong Hospital and is currently in critical condition. The driver of the other car was treated on-scene.
