Former Hillside Worker Accepts Plea Deal In Sex Abuse Case

The former Hillside worker accused of having sexual relations with teens has accepted a plea deal.

Matthew King, 29, pleaded guilty to criminal sexual act and endangering the welfare of a child. Prosecutors say he has inappropriate sexual contact with two teenage boys. Court paperwork says the incidents happened at the Hillside Children's Center, inside a car and at King's home.

Under this deal, King will serve six months in jail plus 10 years probation. He will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. An order of protection has been issued against King for his teen victims.
