The man who manages several county activities, including the Lilac Festival, is being sued by several employees on claims that he owes them money.

A federal class action lawsuit was filed Tuesday by several current and former employees of Jim LeBeau. LeBeau has been contracted in the past to manage county activities like the Air Show and the Lilac Festival. But now, some employees say LeBeau did not pay them for the overtime work they did. The lawsuit includes over 50 employees.

We have reached out to both LeBeau and the county for comment. We have yet to hear back.
