Longtime Rochester Catholic Priest Dies

The Diocese of Rochester says Rev. Gerald Connor passed away Friday.

Connor, 84, has been with the Rochester diocese since his ordination as priest in 1954. He graduated from St. Bernard's Seminary. During his tenure he served at multiple churches across the diocese. Calling hours for Connor will be on Sunday December 9th from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Mercy Center at 1437 Blossom Road. His funeral will be on Monday December 10th at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Pius Church at 3010 Chili Road.
