News 8 and Fox Rochester are teaming up with Tops and Foodlink for the 2012 Food for Families Food Drive.
All day long, we will have live reports from the Tops store on Mt. Read Blvd. Greece.  You can stop by and purchase a "Little brown bag of hope" for $5, $10, $15, or $20.  The bags are filled with food items that are needed the most by Foodlink.

Foodlink serves 10 counties in New York State, from the shores of Lake Ontario to the Pennsylvania border.  150,000 men, women, and children benefit from Foodlink each year.

450 agencies receive food and supplies from Foodlink including soup kitchens, shelters, food pantries, senior centers, day cares, and camps.

The food items most needed are peanut butter, tuna, canned soup, rice, mac & cheese, canned veggies & fruit, cereal, pasta.

If you would like to drop off food or monetary donations, you can do so at 4 Tops locations.
Greece- Mt. Read Blvd.
Brighton- S. Clinton Ave.
Penfield- Panorama Plaza
Irondequoit- E. Ridge Rd.
