The Cue Center for Missing Person has released a new artist sketch of Brittanee Drexel.
Now, Drexel's family is revealing she suffers from an eye disease that could help identify her. A new forensic artist rendering shows that her right eye is slightly smaller than her left eye, which is part of the eye disease she was born with. Drexel disappeared in April 2009 while on spring break in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Since then, police have followed up on several leads. But there has not been a break in the case.
In a statement, Dawn Drexel said "the beauty of what I know my daughter would really look like today; a little older, a new hairstyle, but still the beautiful little girl that peeks through those eyes of hers."
