The man found guilty of his girlfriend's murder for a second time has been sentenced to the maximum.

Donyell McKenzie was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison for the 2006 death of Tyffany Porter. The New York State Appellate Court overturned McKenzie's original murder conviction earlier this year. He was found guilty in a second trial that ended last month. Porter was stabbed multiple times on Rosewood Terrace.
