Batavia Man Arrested After Chase On Thruway

A man is facing charges after a police chase overnight that went on for 40 miles.

Ronald Worthington, 42, is facing several charges including DWI and speeding after leading State Police on a 40-mile car chase. The chase started on I-90 near the Pembroke exit just before 11 p.m. last night. Worthington was clocked going over 100 miles per hour. The chase ended when Worthington crashed into a trooper car on Route 98 in Batavia. Worthington will be arraigned in Batavia Town Court.
