Man Indicted For Abusing Puppy

A man has been indicted by a grand jury for violently injuring a puppy.

Keshawn John-Charles is charged with animal cruelty. Brockport Police say he threw his girlfriend's puppy against the wall and then tried to drown in it in the bathtub. The puppy had spine and neck injuries and trouble breathing. The injuries were so severe that the dog had to be put down.
