Greece Firefighters Still Accepting Donations

By: WROC-TV
Updated: November 30, 2012
There is still time to make the holidays a little brighter for the victims of Hurricane Sandy, thanks to efforts started by our local firefighters.

The North Greece Fire Department first provided relief on Long Island immediately after the storm. Four different teams have made the trip since that time. The town, the school district and several other agencies are now joining in the effort to fill a truck full of supplies. They are collecting new books, new toys, pet food and supplies and canned food. The driver will continue through next week.

You can help by dropping off donations at 10 sites throughout the town. For a full list, click here.
