Congress Returns To Work On "Fiscal Cliff"

Congress returns to Washington Monday from its Thanksgiving break to deal with the fiscal cliff, a series of tax increases and spending cuts due to kick in at the end of the year.

Both sides say they are willing to compromise. South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham said Sunday that he is willing to break his pledge to never raise taxes in order to increase revenue. However, he says that if he does so Democrats must be willing to change entitlement programs.
