Updated: November 23, 2012
A Spencerport man has pleaded guilty on charges that he failed to pay millions of dollars in tax returns.

The State Department of Taxation and Finance says David Alexander did not file income tax returns from 2001 to 2007.

The 60-year-old has pleaded to a total of five felonies.  Alexander will now avoid a jury trial because of his guilty plea.

Alexander worked as an independent contractor for the Trump Organization.

The state says he's admitted to earning almost $3.6-million-dollars and owning a tax liability of more than $260,000 dollars.  Alexander will be sentenced in January.
