Buffalo Man Arrested After Chase in Gates

Troopers say, Leonard Harrison, 40, is accused of giving officers an invalid license after he was pulled over. He was stopped on Lyell Avenue in the Town of Gates on Wednesday night.
Troopers say Harrison also appeared to be drunk. Officers say Harrison fled the scene, and police started a pursuit and alerted 911.
That's when troopers say Harrison turned back heading eastbound and hit a car on Lyell Avenue near 390.
Officers say Harrison was taken into custody after a short foot chase.
Harrison was arrested for felony DWI, Reckless Endangerment, Unlawful Fleeing, Resisting Arrest, and other numerous vehicle and traffic violations.
