Man Accused Of Spying On Teen In Shower

A Canandaigua man is facing charges for allegedly recording a teenage girl in the shower.

Scott Allen, 39, is charged with unlawful surveillance. Police say Allen recorded video of a 15-year-old girl exiting the shower in her residence. Police have not stated how Allen is familiar with the young girl. He remains in the Ontario County Jail awaiting arraignment.
