More Charges For Canandaigua Teacher Accused of Sex With Student

News 8 has learned that more charges have been filed against the Canandaigua teacher accused of having sexual contact with a 16-year-old student.
Lisa Footer, 44, now faces an additional charge of endangering the welfare of a child. Investigators say that Canandaigua Academy teacher had sexual contact with the 16-year-old at her home back in July. We learned of the charges against Footer Thursday, and police say she had been in an on-going relationship with this student. Her initial charges stem from the most recent contact police say she had with the boy on November 10th in a parking lot on South Main Street in Canandaigua.
Footer remains on administrative leave from the Canandaigua School District.
