East Rochester Town Justice Race Still Tied

By: WROC-TV
Updated: November 16, 2012
There is still one local race that has not been decided, and time is running out.

The race for East Rochester Town Justice between Democrat Dennis Greco and Republican David Bonacchi is now tied at 1,274 votes a piece. The Monroe County Board of Elections is still counting absentee ballots, but it has until Monday to finish. If it is still tied on Monday, the county will declare a vacancy. Then it is up to the town to decide a way to fill it.
