Officer Injured in Culver Rd. Crash

A Rochester Police officer is recovering from minor injuries after being involved in a crash.

It happened around 9 a.m. at the corner of Culver Road and Humboldt Street. Police say the officer was responding to a burglary in progress. He lost control and crashed into a pole. Another female driver was involved in an accident. Both were taken to Strong Hospital and are expected to be okay.

Police are still investigating the exact cause of the crash.
