The charge of patronizing a prostitute has been dropped against Rochester attorney James Doyle.

In August, police found Doyle and a female passenger asleep in his car at the Thruway stop in Pembroke. They arrested him for DWI and patronizing a prostitute. Doyle said the passenger was a family friend. The Genesee County District Attorney dropped the charge against him in Pembroke Town Court Tuesday night. Doyle is still facing the DWI charge.
