Man Arrested in Batavia for Sex Crime Charges From Nevada

A man pulled over in Genesee County for driving with his headlights and taillights off turned out to be a fugitive that was wanted for a sex crime more than 2,000 miles away.

Genesee County Deputies arrested 27-year-old Kevin Bacon Friday night in Batavia. A check of a national database showed a warrant out for his arrest, on charges he had sexual contact with a child under the age of 14 in Nevada. Bacon is being held without bail.
