MVP Asking Kodak Retirees to Register For Medicare Meetings

By: WROC-TV
Updated: November 8, 2012
MVP Health Care is now requiring all Kodak retirees that plan to attend their Medicare meetings to register for them.

MVP is just one of the local health insurance companies hosting a series of meetings for Kodak retirees regarding their health insurance. Kodak received approval this week from a bankruptcy court to cut benefits for its retirees. MVP ran into a dilemma with its most recent meetings because more retirees showed up than they expected. In some cases, retirees were turned away because the meeting venue was not able to accommodate them.

The upcoming MVP meetings are as follows:

Friday, November 9, 2012 at 9:00 am and 11:00 am at the Holiday Inn, Rochester Airport, 911 Brooks Ave., Rochester, NY

Friday, November 9, 2012 at 2:00 pm at the Burgundy Basin, 1361 Marsh Rd., Pittsford, NY

Saturday, November 10, 2012 at 10 am at the Burgundy Basin, 1361 Marsh Rd., Pittsford, NY

Monday, November 12, 2012 at 8 am, 11 am and 2 pm at the First Bible Baptist Church Auditorium, 990 Manitou Rd, Hilton, NY

Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at 9 am and 1 pm at the First Bible Baptist Church Auditorium, 990 Manitou Rd, Hilton, NY

To register, you must call MVP's Kodak service line at 1-888-325-7791. MVP says they cannot guarantee a seat for anyone who comes to the meetings without registering first.
