Faculty members at the University of Rochester are showing support for union members in a labor dispute.

On Wednesday 32 faculty members signed a letter addressed to U of R president Joel Seligman about the negotiations. The letter talks about the impact of the dispute and urges the school to keep the current benefits for service workers intact. The union says the U of R's most recent offer would mean a significant pay cut for workers.
